It is saddening to know that OPM has not evolved and improved the way it should have been since its take off in the 70's and reaching its peak in the 90s. Well, we can say globalization may be blamed for OPM's stagnant status, but is it? Where did the Filipino lose its grip on its own sound? Who did it and who is to blame? Are we on a one way street and one day, we cannot anymore go back to find ourselves? Our sound? Are we doomed?
